Concert and Merchandise

All ticket sales for concerts are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds except under certain conditions. Merchandise purchased through our website is subject to availability. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of color will be completely accurate.

  • Pricing and availability: We reserve the right to change our prices and the availability of merchandise at any time without prior notice.

  • Payment: All purchases are subject to the payment terms and conditions of our third-party payment processor. We are not responsible for any issues or breaches related to their service.

  • Refunds and returns: All sales of digital content (e.g., MP3s) are final and non-refundable. For physical merchandise, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to report a damaged item.

  • Shipping: We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery caused by external factors. 

If there is any issue with an item you received, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for assistance. We are committed to providing you with an enjoyable experience as we celebrate music together.
